Spent the day swinging in the hammocks and reading. At five thirty we went into San Icinacio to meet friends for dinner. Anastasia has been visiting from Canada for the last two months and this is her last week. Bea is a black American from Arizona who has moved to Belize this June and is in the process of building a house. Marlene, Anastasia, Bea and I met at the Royal Indian Restaurant. This restaurant does not serve beer or wine so we went to the Chinese Restaurant to buy our beers because the shops were closed, it being Sunday. With beer in hand we settled to have a wonderful meal of Chicken Tika Masala, Curry Chicken, Spinach Bharta, Chicken Vidaloo, Nans, Chaparti, Potato Parantha, Rice and Vegetables. At ten p.m. and many stories later we called it a night and went out into the velvet, star filled night. Friends are gifts to enjoy. Blessings.
