Picked up a Belizean friend who owns a plant center. She was coming out to see if the acre section I was planting could hold any more trees. She suggested that I wait until I undercut another acre before I plant any more fruit trees. I should now put in my cassava sticks, yam head, coco eyes, dashene roots and some corn between the fruit trees. I was then informed that I would be doing battle with the wild parrots for my ripe coffee beans. I do so love seeing the parrots flying in the wild but I have been envisioning me sitting-drinking cups of the brew from my coffee plants. It will be awhile before the battle will begin so I will not worry about it now. Happiness and Patience are also gifts. Blessings
